A warm welcome to St James Church
We are a prayerful and welcoming Anglican parish church set in the heart of Gatley village.
'The Reason for the Season'? Why don't you come along and join us to celebrate the Birth of Jesus, this Christmas season!
You will be warmly welcomed from the youngest to the eldest whether it be at our Crib service, at our more traditional service of Carols by Candlelight & Holy Communion on Christmas Eve, or at our Family Service on Christmas Day as we gather to worship "the new born King".
See below for details.
Pattern of worship through the week...
Sunday 10:00am Holy Communion
Wednesday 09:30am Holy Communion
Friday 09:30am Morning Prayer
Our Sunday service is streamed on Facebook at www.facebook.com/groups/stjamesgatley
Refreshments are served in the hall after the services on Sunday and Wednesday.
St James is accessible to wheelchair users without the need for a ramp.
An induction loop system is installed for the benefit of hearing aid users.
The church is open from 9:30am till 3:00pm each day for quiet reflection and prayer.
